Well incase you haven’t already guessed, my name is Stephen Davies. I work as a Technical Support Engineer for a solutions hosting company.
My previous jobs have all included technical support in some sense in whether it be internal or external support.
My interest is technical support but when it is required I can write scripts to preform basic tasks.
